As a nurse with more than 25 years of hands-on physical medicine, Leslie Chisnell supports patients recovering from injury, pain, and nervous system dysregulation. Over time, she discovered that healing does not stop at the physical body — the nervous system responds profoundly to therapeutic sound. In her Sound Wellness practice, Leslie integrates crystal singing bowls with skilled therapeutic touch to help release deeply held tension and restore regulation. This work supports those experiencing stress, chronic pain patterns, unresolved tension, and trauma held in the body — as well as individuals ready to access a deeper level of healing.
